We do not warrant that any information given in the site (e.g. the data and calculation results, the irrigation recommendations, etc.) are correct or that they are suitable for your particular application. If you do use this information, you do this at your own risk.
2. Unauthorized access
We implement measures to protect the system against unauthorized access and unauthorized retrieval or modification of data. We cannot guarantee, however, that such unauthorized access will not occur.
3. System operation
We do not make any warranty that the system will continue to operate or that any errors in its operation will be fixed.
4. Privacy
We will not intentionally publish your name, email, fields, and generally the data you enter to the system, or provide such data to any third party. We may use it in order to communicate with you regarding the services provided by the system. If you delete your account, your data may remain on our system or in backup copies for up to two years from the moment of deletion. The use of your data by supervisors is not covered by these terms; when you specify another user as your supervisor, (s)he gains access to some of your data, and how (s)he will use such data is between you and the supervisor.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the system and remove your account without warning.
6. Modification of these terms
We reserve the right to unilaterally modify these terms. In such a case, we will notify you about the pending changes and the date they are to become effective. If you do not accept the changes, you must delete your account and stop using the system. Using the system after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
